MEP Supervisor

To supervise and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC works at project sites, ensuring proper execution in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. The MEP & HVAC Supervisor ensures coordination among trades, manages site activities efficiently, and delivers high-quality installations that meet client and consultant expectations.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.

Plan, assign, and monitor the work of technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.

Review and interpret MEP & HVAC drawings, schematics, and method statements before execution.

Ensure installation of ducting, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV systems, FCUs, AHUs, exhaust, and fresh air systems are as per design and approved shop drawings.

Coordinate between HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to prevent clashes and ensure smooth execution.

Check the alignment, insulation, supports, and testing of MEP and HVAC systems on-site.

Conduct and document inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for all systems.

Maintain daily progress reports and update management on work status and challenges.

Ensure all works comply with Omani construction codes, consultant requirements, and ASHRAE / SMACNA standards where applicable.

Verify material quality and availability before execution.

Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Attend coordination meetings and support the project team in achieving deadlines.

Assist in preparing as-built drawings and handing-over documentation
